ICS Blog Hop Butterflies Are Free

We are so excited this month to be sharing projects w butterflies for our theme this month!

So, I had no clue what my sister Nancy was using on her card. We ended up using the same exact awesome Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack. Also we both picked the same exact pattern! Are we stampin sisters or what! LOL

Here is the one I made for the blog hop.
I hardly ever leave a card without a sentiment.  But, a card like this is perfect for so many occasions and great to have on hand for when I need a card like this.

Supplies Used:

Stamp Set- Butterfly Basics
Card stock- Lost Lagoon, Calypso Coral
Inks Pads- Versa mark
Accessories-Pearls, Butterflies Thinlits,  Sahara Sand 7/8" Lace Trim

I created this card using 2 cuts of the butterfly so it would like it was fluttering.

Supplies I used
Butterfly Basics Stamp Set
Old Olive Ink
Pacific Point, Very Vanilla, Old Olive Cardstock
Pretty Petals DSP Stack
Decorative Label Punch
Butterflies Thinlits

On to Stamping Tammys blog to see what she has to share this month!

OSAT Blog Hoppers Happy Fathers Day

Time for another blog hop! This month were featuring cards and projects for Fathers Day or masculine ideas. I did these two cards for a class recently and loved how they turned out.
I am excited to send my Fathers Day card out to my dad! Just by changing the sentiment I have showed 2 ideas using the same layout and colors.

Here they are side by side. The Traveler is the Stamp Set I have used on my cards.  I love the look of the tearing especially on masculine cards. I used Pacific Point, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla. I watched a video from my fellow demo gf Sharon Armstrong for this technique of sponging the World Map Stamp set. She says just color it and don't over think it. I had some teachers here at card class and they made sure the land was Crumb Cake and the water was Pacific Point. LOL!

I love the font in this stamp set Something to Say.
For my dads card I have used Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp set. I use this all occasion sentiment set all the time. It's very well loved!

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the blog hop!
